Joyce K. Decker, age 68, of Anneta, KY, passed away Friday, (November 15, 2019) at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY.

She was born on April 24, 1951 in Edmonson County, KY, the daughter of the late Wademan and Hallie Duvall Napper.

She was retired from Bel Brands after 30 plus years of service. She enjoyed her garden and going on vacations to the Smoky Mountains and was a member of Jock United Baptist Church.

She is survived by her two sons, Sean Napper (Dana) of Peonia, KY, and Aaron Decker (Michele) of Anneta, KY; one daughter, Melissa Laslie (Terry) of McDaniels, KY; two grandchildren, Tyler and Kaitlynn Laslie of McDaniels, KY; two step-grandchildren, Madison and Houston Schoenbachler of Peonia, KY. Joyce's family would like to extend a special thank you to her cousin, Rita Duvall.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Earl V. Decker and one sister, Violet Napper Phelps.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, (November 20, 2019) at the Anneta United Baptist Church in Leitchfield.  Bro. Blake Newton will be officiating. Burial will be in the Pollyanne Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until the service moves to the Anneta United Baptist Church at 10:30 a.m.
