Juanita Davis, age 81, of Caneyville, KY passed away Wednesday (February 8, 2012) at 4:08 am at the Professional Care & Rehab Center in Hartford, KY.

She was born on September 26, 1930 in Caneyville, KY the daughter of Pirtle and Sudie Taylor Farris; she was a 50 year member of the Short Creek Eastern Star.

She is survived by one daughter, Zelma Sue Jennings of Caneyville, 2 brothers, Lewis Farris of Leitchfield and Aubrey Farris of CA, 2 sisters, Roberta Northern of Russellville, KY and Mary Alvey of Leitchfield, KY. 3 grandchildren, Brian and Norman Jennings of Caneyville and Sara Beth Embry of Caneyville, 5 great grandchildren also survive.
Other than her parents she was preceded in death by one child, Jerry Ralph Mollyhorn, 2 brothers, Udell and Sol Farris, 1 sister, Oleta Hayes.

Cremation was chosen, a memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon Friday (February 10, 2012) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville.
