Obituary
Juanita Faye Probus, age 57, of Upton, KY, passed away Sunday, (January 30, 2011) at her residence.
She was born on June 19, 1953, in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Frank Dixon and Callie Oldham Dixon. She was a housewife and was a member of the Pilgrim Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Probus of Upton, one son, Shannon Priddy
(Susan) of Upton, two step-children, Robyn Probus of La Vergne, TN and Michael Probus of Louisville, three grandchildren, Sarah Priddy, Shawn Priddy and Savannah Priddy, two step-grandchildren, Zachary Probus and Zane Probus, two brothers, Charlie Hart of Big Clifty and Marvin Dixon of Leitchfield, four sisters, Sue Fields, Margaret Moore, and Mary Sherrard all of Elizabethtown and Francis Fulkerson of Big Clifty, two half-sisters, Ruby Mose and Nellie Miller both of Florida and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday (February 2, 2011) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Terry Priddy will be officiating. Burial will be in the Duff Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, and after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday until time of services.
