Judy Bell Phelps, age 71, of Louisville, KY, passed away Thursday, (March 10, 2016) at Meadowview in Louisville.

She was born on November 21, 1944 in Pulaski County, KY, the daughter of the late Edgar Lee and Nannie Morris Coner.

She was a bookkeeper who enjoyed bowling, horseshoes and singing to her grandchildren. She was a member of the Baptist faith and attended Kings Baptist Church in Mt. Washington, KY.

She is survived by her children, Lisa Armstrong (Dwayne) of Leitchfield, KY, Michael Harris (Missy) of Mt. Washington, KY, Julie Mia Wallace (Jerry) of Louisville, KY; six grandchildren, Amanda Milliner (Gavin), Matt Thurner, Emily & Sarah Harris, Allie Birchler, Tori Wallace; three great-grandchildren, Korbyn Thurner, Kaden Milliner and Isabella Kate Vincent; four sisters, Connie Morrow and Norma Decker (Ronnie) both of Burnside, KY, Wanda Coner and Cheryl Vito, both of Somerset, KY; two brothers, Leonard Coner of Somerset and Ronnie "Fred" Coner of Bronston, KY. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. CDT Tuesday, (March 15, 2016) at the Dermitt Funeral Home. Bro. Jerry Dunaway will be officiating. Burial will be in the Kings Baptist Church Cemetery in Mt. Washington, KY.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home on Monday from 1:00 p.m. CDT to 8:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services.
