Judy Ann Sullivan, age 74, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Sunday, (June 04, 2023) at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.

She was born on May 02, 1949 in Tillamook, OR, the daughter of the late Don and Bertha Berns Averill.

She worked with her sister at Debbie D's Sausage Factory and enjoyed crocheting, knitting, reading and watching game shows.

She is survived by her son, Sean Wheeler (Tammy) of Leitchfield; a daughter, Debbie Wheeler (Brent Hoeck) of Murray, KY; five grandchildren, Cheyenne Wheeler (James), Sierra Wheeler (Justin), Chloe Wheeler (Jesse), Josh Burden (Becky) & Emily Burden (Alex); two great-grandchildren, Albany Klenk & Violet Boone with another great-grandchild on the way; two brothers, Don Averill (Jo) & Scott Averill (Jackie), both of Tillamook, OR; two sisters, Debbie Downey (Mike) & Susan Pulliam (Kevin) also of Tillamook. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Janice and a brother Jimmy.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation was chosen and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
