Justus "Junior" Hudson, age 63, of Breckenridge County, KY, passed away Sunday, (January 15, 2017) at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born on April 9, 1953 in Jefferson County, KY, the son of Justus Sr. and Freda Lampton Hudson Nelson.

He was a retired bus driver in Louisville and worked at Hillerich and Bradsby. He enjoyed watching Nascar, and Louisville Cardinals Basketball, and was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Hudson.

He is survived by his wife, Helen Fry Hudson; his mother, Freda Nelson of Leitchfield; one sister Patricia Decker (Jim) of Leitchfield; his grand-mother Evelyn Rutledge of Louisville, KY; two daughters, Melissa Layman (Chad) Of Caneyville, KY and Sara Keeling (Scott) of Leitchfield; four grandchildren, Katelyn and Haley Logsdon, and Noah and Emma Keeling.

He was preceded in death by his father, Justus Hudson Sr.; his grandparents Lennie and Zoa Lampton and Garnett Hudson; and a niece, Jessica Decker.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, (January 21, 2017) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Gary Embry will be officiating. Burial will be in the Antioch United Methodist Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.

A masonic service will be held at Dermitt Funeral Home at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2017
