Karen Franklin, age 69, of Falls of Rough, KY, passed away Tuesday, (January 11, 2022) at her home.

She was born on April 05, 1952 in Edmonson County, KY, the daughter of the late Leondal Everett and Marie Miller Vincent.

She was a homemaker who loved her chickens and was a member of the Little Church in Shrewsbury.

She is survived by her children, Missy Franklin of Vine Grove, KY and Michael Franklin of Breckinridge County; four grandchildren, Cody Yates (Katelyn), Courtney Dixon, Allison Franklin & Michael Franklin Jr.; three great-grandchildren, Remi, Cayde and Salem; a brother, Bennie Vincent (Judy Parker) of Falls of Rough. Two nieces, Tammy Stapleton and Tracy Ruth, also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Franklin, and a son Jason Franklin.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, (January 18, 2022) at The Little Church (7800 Shrewsbury Rd., Leitchfield, KY 42754) Bro. William Dodson and Bro. Jerry Poteet will be officiating. Burial will be in the White Mills Community Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be at The Little Church from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday and from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services.
