Keely Grayson Mattingly, age 2, of Edmonson County, KY, passed away Sunday, (December 13, 2009).
She was born on August 20, 2007, in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of Meagan Mattingly and Clay Leverone.
She is survived by her mother, Meagan Mattingly (Mark Jackey); her father, Clay Leverone (Leslie Eans); maternal grandmother, Marilyn Mattingly (Timmy Milliner); paternal grandmother, Marcia Pryor (Randall Renfrow); maternal great-grandmother, Jean Ann Mattingly; paternal great grandfather, Doyle Pryor, maternal great great-grandmother, Delphia Mattingly and two special siblings, Kaitlyn and Matthew Jackey. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Kelly Mattingly and her great-grandmothers, Edna Saltsman and Mable Pryor.
The family will receive friends at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday.
A private funeral service for the family will be held at a later date.
