Lee Ann Johnson Tinnell, age 47, of Vine Grove, KY, passed away Saturday, (April 16, 2011) in Vine Grove.

She was born on August 19, 1963 in Leitchfield, to Jerry Lee Johnson and Mary Ellen House Tinnell. She was of the Pentecostal Faith.

She is survived by one daughter, Amanda Ellen Hackney (David) of Knoxville, TN; two sons, Michael W. Miles and Travis A. Tinnell both of Louisville; her parents Mary and Buddy Tinnell of Louisville; two brothers, William "Bill" Johnson (Sandra) and James D. Tinnell (Kristen) all of Louisville; and two grandchildren, Savannah and Cheyenna Hackney.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday (April 18, 2011) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro. George Langdon will be officiating. Burial will be in the Frank-Embry Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville from 10:30 a.m. Monday until time of service.
