Leigh Limer, age 77, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (March 23, 2018) at Grayson Manor Nursing Home.

She was born on July 28, 1940, in Breckenridge County, KY. She was the daughter of the late J.C. and Edith Cundiff Lucas.

She was a factory line worker and was employed at Walmart for 10 years. She enjoyed sewing and was a member of Antioch General Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sons, David Fulkerson (Mona) of Leitchfield and Rick Fulkerson of Owensboro; grandsons, Kyle (Tina) and Korey (Andrea) Fulkerson both of Leitchfield; granddaughters, Krista (Corey) Salsman of Elizabethtown, Kelci Fulkerson of Leitchfield, Misty Ward (Charlie) of Louisville and Shannon Fulkerson of Henderson; great-grandchildren, Landon Fulkerson, Isaac Fulkerson, Madilynn Fulkerson, Kaydence Rickard, Audrey Ward, Kennady Salsman, Konner Fulkerson and Luke Fulkerson. A sister, Lillian Combs, of Lebanon Junction, a niece and two nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Lawrence Fulkerson and a daughter-in-law Kay Fulkerson.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, (March 30, 2018) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Damon Lasley Jr. will be officiating. Burial will be in the Hudson Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
