Obituary
Leo Harry Helphenstine Jr., age 64, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (April 17, 2013) at his home.
He was born on January 12, 1949 in Flemingsburg, KY, the son of the late Leo Harry Helphenstine Sr. and Beulah Insko Helphenstine.
He was a US Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Davis Helphenstine, three sons, Christopher (Amanda), Leo III and Michael Helphenstine all of Leitchfield, six grandchildren five brothers and two sisters, Danny, Billy, Les, James, and Mikie Helphestine, Connie Hagerman and Linda Hickerson.
Cremation was chosen and there will be no services.
The Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield is in charge of the cremation.
