Leslie M. Johnson, age 63 , of Big Clifty, KY, passed away Monday, (January 11, 2021) at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.

He was born on February 28, 1957 in Connecticut, the son of the late Arby and Alice Faye Webler Johnson.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving his country for 21 years. He was a carpenter by trade. He enjoyed woodworking, was an avid golfer and a dog rescuer. He was a member of the White Mills Christian Church.

He is survived by his children, Elaine and Trevor Johnson, both of Virginia; his siblings, Dr. Craig Johnson of Falls of Rough, KY, Jeff Johnson of Texas, Ken Johnson of North Carolina and Elizabeth Sison of Mayfield, KY. He is also survived by the mother of his children, Stephanie Johnson.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Johnson.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. CST Wednesday, (January 13, 2021) at the White Mills Christian Church Cemetery in White Mills. Bro. Tim Dennis will be officiating. Burial will be in the church Cemetery.
