Liberty *Libby* Madison Spears, infant daughter of Lonnie & Robin Jill Spears passed away June 29, 2008 at Norton's Hospital in Louisville.
She is survived by her parents Lonnie & Jill Spears, maternal grandparents Joan Farris & James Woolen, step grandparents Donnie Farris & Stacey Woolen, paternal grandmother Sherresia Green, step grandfather Doug Green and her God-mother, Jamie Hicks.
There will be a private family service at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville with burial in the Embry-Duke Cemetery.
