Lilly Pearl Payton Vittitoe, age 87, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Saturday, (November 25, 2023) at her home in Leitchfield, KY.

She was born on August 24, 1936 in Ohio County, KY, the daughter of the late Morgan and Rachel Wilson Payton.

She was a caregiver who enjoyed sewing, knitting, gardening, flowers and taking care of everyone. She was a member of the Potter's Hope Church.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sherry G. Miller and Lorma J. Decker (Joey) both of Leitchfield, KY; one son, William R. Vittitoe (Rosa) of Columbia, KY; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Vittitoe; a grandson, Dominic Hughes; and a brother, Hubert R. Payton.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, (December 3, 2023) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Joey Decker will be officiating. Burial will be in the Payton Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. on Sunday until time of services.
