Obituary
Linda Faye Miller Embry, age 61, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Saturday, (September 29, 2012) at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
She was born on March 29, 1951 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Herman Embry and Velma Willis Maxwell.
She was a beautician, who enjoyed making crafts, traveling, visiting the casino boats, and playing the slot machines. She attended the Shrewsbury Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Kendra Aubrey and her husband, Junior, of Hudson, and Marsha Minton of Leitchfield; three brothers, Shirley and Kent Embry of Leitchfield, and Ronald Embry of Caneyville; three grandchildren, Austin, Morgan, and Josh; and her beloved baby, her dog, Harley.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her aunt and uncle Cuba and Hobert Lashley.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, (October 3, 2012) at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Chester Shartzer will be officiating. Burial will be in the Shrewsbury Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
