Lisa Ann Smith, age 58, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (February 2, 2024) at her home.

She was born on July 31, 1965 in Louisville, KY, the daughter of the late Edward Duel and Freda Neil Embry Pharris.

She was a seamstress at the sewing factory who enjoyed wood working, sewing and quilting, fishing and working outdoors.

She is survived by her spouse of 43 years, William "Ricky" Smith of Leitchfield; a brother, Gary Pharris; a sister, Mary Ellen Lee, both of Caneyville; two special nieces, Cindy Webb & Mindy Decker; and a special nephew Charlie Haycraft (Wendy). Several other nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by four siblings, Elizabeth Kay Fleener, Audrey Woodcock, Gerald Pharris and Phillip Pharris.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, (February 8, 2024) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Steve Mahurin will be officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday and from 9:00 a.m. Thursday until time of services.
