Loren Lacy Lasley, age 49, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (February 3, 2021) in Leitchfield.

He was born on September 30, 1971 in Leitchfield, the son of his late father, Leon Lasley and his mother, Oleta Vanmeter Lashley.

He was a carpenter and was employed at Purdue Farms. Loren enjoyed reading, drawing, riding motorcycles and spending time with his grandchildren. Loren was a man with a big heart and would help others when in time of need. He was a member of the Mercy Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his daughter, Megan Lasley of Leitchfield; his mother, Oleta VanMeter Lashley: two grandchildren, Skyla and Shyloh; and three brothers, Ryan Lashley (Bebra), Rory Lashley (Lora) and Lyndon Lashley.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leon Lasley.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, (February 10, 2021) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Mike Shelton will be officiating. Burial will be in the McGrew Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
