Louis H. Quisenberry age 70, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Saturday, (January 22, 2011) at his residence in Leitchfield, KY.
He was born on February 1, 1940 in Louisville, KY, the son of the late Thomas B. and Grace (Mudd) Quisenberry. He served as an aircraft mechanic in the US Army during the Vietnam War, and was a 31 year member of the Pilgrim Lodge 545 F&AM and the Shrewsberry Chapter 496 Eastern Star. He was a member of Mt. Vernon Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Quisenberry was retired from Crucible Magnetics and was a farmer.
He is survived by his wife Adriana Pangrazio Quisenberry, 2 sons, Rodney (Teresa) Quisenberry of Tyler, TX, James (Mandy) Quisenberry of Shepherdsville, KY, a daughter, Tracy (Todd) Jones of Leitchfield, KY, 5 brothers, Rueben and David Quisenberry of Leitchfield, KY, Charles and Damon Quisenberry of Caneyville, KY and Ronnie Quisenberry of Cecilia, KY, a sister, Fidela Carter of Edmonson Co., KY. 3 grandsons, Jameson Quisenberry, Bradley Louis Howard and Mason Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Other than his parents; he was preceded in death by a sister Ruby Bruner.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday (January 26, 2011) at the Mt Vernon Presbyterian Church. Bro. William Macy will be officiating. Burial will be in the Mt Vernon Church Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday where Eastern Star services will be held at 7:00 p.m., from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, where Masonic services will be held at 7:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
