Luvena Duvall, age 88, of Louisville, KY, passed away Wednesday, (April 29, 2015) in Louisville, KY.

She was born on April 12, 1927 in Anneta, KY, the daughter of the late Elmer and Mae Higdon Ferguson.

She was a homemaker, who enjoyed sewing and reading. She was a member of Ormsby Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Joe Duvall (Patricia) of Louisville; two daughters, Pamela Bosse (Richard) of Benton, KY, and Cheri Reichle of Louisville; brother, Ray Ferguson of Leitchfield; and sister, Linda Parks of Elizabethtown; five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Wayward Duvall; daughter, Diana Duvall, three brothers, Harry, Vernon, and Bill Ferguson; three sisters, Ruth Ford, Agnita Meredith, and Laverne Grant; and great-grandmother, Alice Ferguson Meredith.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. CST Saturday, (May 2, 2015) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. James Large will be officiating. Burial will be in the Anneta United Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. CST Saturday until time of services.
