Mabel Lois Tucker, age 84, of Hudson, KY, passed away Sunday, (September 16, 2012) at her home.
She was born on November 22, 1927 in Danville, IL, the daughter of the late James William and Lena Sebastian Mattingly.
She was a retired inspector at Phillip Morris Tobacco Company, who enjoyed singing, arts and crafts and working in the yard. She was a member of the McDaniels Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Sizemore (Larry) of Hudson, three grandchildren, Chris, Amanda and Larry James, five great grandchildren, Martina, Miranda, Brandon, Cayden and Tristan, one great-great granddaughter, Emma Leigha and one sister, Anna Edwards of Dayton, OH.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Irvin Kenneth Tucker, a sister and a brother, Dorothy Jane and Elbert "Bud" Mattingly.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, (September 19, 2012) at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro Billy Laslie and Bro. Jimmy Tucker will be officiating. Burial will be in the Coyle Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
