Maggie Elizabeth Anderson, age 92, of Somerset KY, formerly of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday, (April 14, 2009) in Somerset.
She was born on June 11, 1916, in Grayson Co., KY, the daughter of James and Ann Decker Wortham. She was a housewife.
She is survived by one son, Billy Joe Anderson (April Whittenberg) of Somerset, two grandsons, Richard Reed and Danny Joe Anderson both of Somerset, a great grand-daughter, Emree Paige Anderson of Allen KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman.
Funeral services will be Friday at 3:00 p.m. (April 17, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Fred Whitmore will be officiating. Burial will be in the Williams Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 12:00 noon Friday until time of services.
