Obituary
Mallie Lutz, age 81, of Louisville, KY, passed away (January 3, 2017) at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on January 14, 1935 in McQuady, KY, the daughter of the late Pendelton and Emma Jane Brooks Bryant.
She was a homemaker, who enjoyed reading and was a member of Highview Baptist Church in Louisville.
She is survived by her son, Roy Lee Lutz of Louisville; her daughter, Angela Marie Rein (William) of Louisiana; granddaughter, Emma Marie Lutz Baker (Eric) grandsons, Christopher Beckmann (Tina), Craig Beckmann (Heather), Eric Watt (Chappel), Michael Lutz (Amber), Joshua Lutz; 7 great-grandsons, 4 great-granddaughters, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Edward Lutz, her son Clifford Charles Haycraft, and 12 brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday (January 7, 2017) at the Dermitt Funeral Home. Bro. Joe Brooks will be officiating. Burial will be in the Curtis Woosley Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
