Obituary
Margaret Hash, age 81, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (January 11, 2010) in Cecilia, KY.
She was born on December 1, 1928, in Leitchfield, KY, the daughter of Charlie and Naomi Mingus Whitaker. She was retired sewing machine operator and was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by two daughters, Peggy Embry (Shirley) of Leitchfield and Pamela Lindsey of Hardin Co., KY, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, John, a daughter, Tressia Hash, four brothers, Virgil, Felix, Elmer and Earl Whitaker, two sisters, Mary Hazelwood and Marie Cureton and one grandchild.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. (January 13, 2010) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro Chester Shartzer will be officiating. Burial will be in the Sanders Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 11:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of service.
