Obituary
Margaret Lucille (Shain) Welling, age 72, of Leitchfield, KY, went to be with the Lord Thursday February 24, 2011.
She was born on December 2, 1938, in Short Creek, KY, the daughter of the late Sam Trenton and Mary Alice Lacy Shain. She had a deep volunteer spirit. Was with the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center Auxiliary since it's inception in 1994, and volunteered and worshipped at WJCR House of Prayer .
She is survived by her devoted husband, Charles Welling of Leitchfield; one brother, William Shain (Shirley) of Charlestown, IN; many very special cousins, a niece, Stacie Shain of Indianapolis, IN; two nephews, Bobby and John Nash.. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Alice Shain and one sister, Lacy Nash.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. CST Monday (February 28, 2011) at the WJCR House of Prayer in Millerstown, KY. Bro. Gary Richardson will be officiating. Burial will be in the House of Prayer Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST Sunday and at the WJCR House of Prayer at Millerstown, KY from 10:00 a.m. Monday until time of services.
