Obituary
Mark Alan Embry, age 51, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (February 2, 2009) in McMinnville, TN.
He was born on March 28, 1957, in Grayson County KY, the son of Ed and Ruth Lee Embry. He was a self-employed owner of the Cycle Shak and was a member of the Clinton Street Church of Christ.
He is survived by one daughter, Mandy Gordon (Charles), two sons, Mark Anthony Embry (Tracy) and Matthew Embry all of Leitchfield, his mother, Ruth Lee Embry of Leitchfield, three brothers, Kenneth of Bowling Green, KY, Rick and Dwight Embry both of Leitchfield, one sister, Linda Dinell of Ft. Thomas, KY and one granddaughter, Audrey Gordon. He was preceded in death by his father, Ed Embry.
Funeral services will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. (February 6, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Mark Claypool will be officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
