Martha Ann VanMeter, age 69, of Martin, TN, passed away Wednesday, (March 10, 2021) at her residence.

She was born on August 2, 1951 in Leitchfield, KY, the daughter of Elsie Beville Nugent and the late Carlisle Nugent.

She was a small business owner who enjoyed quilting, sewing, yard sales, spending time with her grandchildren and attended the Liberty Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Clyde VanMeter; one son, Matthew VanMeter (Ashley); two grandchildren, Fisher and Alayna VanMeter; one brother, Mark Nugent (Lori) and their son Aaron Nugent.

Other than her father, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Stacy VanMeter.

A Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, (March 12, 2021) at the Sanders Cemetery on Shrewsbury Road. Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating.
