Mary Agnes Kiper Cravens, 87, went peacefully to be with the Lord at 8:20 am August 30, 2014 in Loudon, TN.

A Celebration of Life will be held 1:00 PM at First Baptist Church , Tellico Village, TN Tuesday September 2nd.

Funeral Services will be held at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday September 3rd from 4 to 7 PM. Funeral services will be 10 AM on Thursday September 4 followed by burial at Claggett Cemetery.

Mary was born May 19, 1927, in Leitchfield, KY, the daughter of Vernon & Pearlie Overton Kiper. She married John Lee Cravens on April 20, 1946.

She was preceded in death by her husband John, son Maurice R. Cravens, parents, two brothers (Ova and James), two sisters (Ora Ree and Gertie) and son-in-law Preston Levi.

She is survived by son Curtis D Cravens (Nora), Novato, CA, daughters Wanda R. Snedeker (Wally), Loudon, TN, Joyce A Arnold (Phil), Springfield, IL and Rita L. Levi , Fort Lauderdale, Fl; grandsons Randy Cravens, Matt Smith, Nate Arnold, and Cameron Cravens and granddaughters Angie Drysdale, Cindy Cravens, Sarah Smith, Emily Arnold and Lucy Cravens; one great-granddaughter and three great-grandsons; one sister Virginia Carter (Edgar), and one brother Fred (Alice); two sister-in-laws Mary Alice Kiper and Barbara Byerline Jones; and a large extended family including nieces and nephews.
