Obituary
Mary Katherine Cubbage, age 79, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (December 7, 2015) at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
She was born on September 21, 1936 in Grayson Co., KY, the daughter of the late Sollie and Eula Day Wilson.
She was a housewife who loved children, enjoyed seek & find puzzles, going to yard sales and listening to the Gaithers.
She is survived by her son, Joey Dale Cubbage of Leitchfield; two granddaughters, Natalie Marie and Christina Catherine Cubbage, both of Leitchfield; and a sister, Barbara Darst (Jimmy) of Louisville, KY. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Cubbage; a daughter, Patty Winn; two sisters, Elsie Beatty and Peggy Sims; and two brothers, D.B. and Floyd David Wilson.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, (December 10, 2015) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. David Wilson will be officiating. Burial will be in the St. Mary Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Thursday until time of services.
