Mary McGrew, age 64, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday, (June 22, 2010) at the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY.

She was born on September 9, 1945 in Grayson Co., KY, the daughter of Oscar and Nelma Newton Decker. She was a housewife and babysitter and was a member of the Claggett United Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Harlan McGrew, her son, Gary McGrew (Robin), four grandchildren, Kalynn, Matthew, Brandon and Becky, three great grandchildren, Bryce, Bailey and Ryder, her mother, Nelma Decker of Leitchfield, four brothers, Gilbert of Indiana, Robert of Clarkson, KY, Ronnie and Timmy Decker both of Leitchfield, seven sisters, Faye Sego of Louisville, KY, Betty Saltsman, Ina Green, Elaine Cook, Josie Chambers, Diane Ward and Charlene Downs all of Leitchfield. Other than her father, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Orin, Oscar Jr. and Harold Decker.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday (June 26, 2010) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bros Edward Dermitt and Danny Dickson will be officiating. Burial will be in the Claggett Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 4:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
