Obituary
Mary Dennison Ramsey, age 86, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (June 15, 2009) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center.
She was born on August 6, 1922, in Pine Knob, KY, the daughter of Elmer and Hallie Tilford Dennison. She was a home maker and a member of the Antioch Methodist Church in McDaniels.
She is survived by one son, Dennis (Brenda) Ramsey of Leitchfield, two daughters, Jo Ann (Jimmie) Smith of Leitchfield, Tessie Baier of Hardinsburg, KY 4 grandchildren, Mark Baier of IN, Robin Embry (Garry) of Leitchfield, Rhonna Higdon (Lance) of Bowling Green, Bryan Ramsey (Tracy) of Glendale, KY, 7 great grandchildren, Matt, Trent, Devin, Laina, Andrew, Kali and Aidan. Her husband, Henry Willard Ramsey, one brother, Hayward Dennison and one sister, Eula Mae VanMeter preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 a.m. (June 18, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield after 2:00 p.m. Wednesday (June 17, 2009).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Antioch Methodist Church .
