Obituary
Mary Evelyn Smith, age 60, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (July 8, 2013) at the Audubon Hospital in Louisville KY.
She was born on November 29, 1952 in Little Clifty, KY, the daughter of the late Wilford "Slim" and Frances Hatfield Fulkerson.
She was a homemaker, who enjoyed flowers and all animals.
She is survived by her companion, Steve Shields, of Leitchfield, one son, Ronnie Smith of Upton KY, two daughters, Trina Cottrell of Elizabethtown, KY and Melanie Gaither of Leitchfield, ten grandchildren, two brothers, Charles of Clarkson, KY and Anthony Fulkerson of Leitchfield and two sisters, Carolyn Willis of Clarkson and Linda Fulkerson of Millwood, KY.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Elroy "Shaky" Fulkerson.
Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon Wednesday, (July 10, 2013) at the Dermitt Funeral Home. Bro. Kenneth Smiley will be officiating. Burial will be in the Kefauver Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
