Obituary
Mary Nell Wright, age 71, of Louisville KY, passed away Saturday, (May 2, 2009) at St. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville.
She was born on January 14, 1938, in Grayson Co., KY, the daughter of Shelby and Elsie May Basham Sr. She was a housewife.
She is survived by fifteen brothers and sisters, Minnie Jane Adams of Louisville, Lula Blair, Lottie McKinsey, Linda Beville, Charles, Sherman and Homer Basham all of Leitchfield, Dainty Lashley and John of Brownsville, KY, James Reynolds of Bowling Green, KY, Claude of Clarkson, KY, Oval of Caneyville, KY, Shelby Jr., of Owensboro, KY, Barney of Corydon, IN and Earl Basham of Round Hill, KY. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and three siblings, Eugene Basham, Raymond Reynolds and Vernis Knox.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. (May 6, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. will be officiating. Burial will be in the Wells Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help with the funeral expenses.
