Mayva Embry, beautiful infant daughter of Jordan and Brenna Miller Embry, passed away Saturday, (December 21, 2024) at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes in Leitchfield.

Mayva was born on November 26, 2024 in Hardin County, KY. She liked to be held and loved. Her life on earth was for a short time, but now she is eternally being held by her Father in Heaven;  loved and missed forever here on earth.

She is survived by her mother, Brenna Miller Embry of Caneyville; father, Jordan Embry of Leitchfield; her loving siblings, Myla, Kaceton, and Kolson; her paternal grandparents, Ryan and Wendy Higgs; maternal grandmother, Vickie Miller; aunts and uncles, Bethany and Kyle Crawford, and Brian and Amber Miller; and her cousins, Ethan, Keaton, and Rylan Crawford, Austin Coogle, Carson, Maci, and Charlee Miller.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Ricky Miller, and her uncle, Justin Higgs.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, (December 28, 2024) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Josh Milburn will be officiating. Burial will be in the Rabbit Flat Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. on Saturday until time of services.
