Melinda G. Newton, age 43 of Leitchfield, KY passed away Tuesday (June 23, 2009) at her home in Leitchfield.
She was born October 3, 1965 in Louisville, KY the daughter of Enos James and Gloria Faye Tilford Vincent Jr.
She is survived by two children, Greg Hodge of Leitchfield and Tonya Howell of Leitchfield, her fiancé, Stevie Embry of Leitchfield, her father, Enos James Vincent Jr. of Park City, KY, two brothers, Michael Anthony Vincent of Clarkson and Carl Enos Vincent of Leitchfield, one sister, Melanie Ann Vincent of Leitchfield, three step-brothers, Eric and Shawn Knibbie of IA and Jan DeGrote of IA, one step-sister, Amy VanGross of IA, 4 grandchildren, Gregory, Gunner, Mason and Jameson.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday (June 26, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Joe Watson will be officiating and burial will be in the Sweeden Baptist Church Cemetery.
