Melissa Robin Chow, age 53 , of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (January 15, 2020) at her home.

She was born on March 13, 1966 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of Patricia Overton Cole and the late John Fischer.

She was a Sous Chef who enjoyed cooking, arts and craft projects, and researching aliens. She was a member of the St. Michael's Catholic Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Kebra Fischer-Kaufman (Aaron) of Camby, IN; a son, Tate Chow of San Fancisco, CA; two grandchildren, Van and Layne Kaufman also of Camby, two brothers, William Thomas Overton and David Wilson Baker, both of Indianapolis, IN; and her mother, Patsy Cole also of Indianapolis. Several, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Keith Montgomery-Overton; and her maternal grandparents, Denton and Dorothy Overton.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation was chosen.
