Memory Lynn Mudd, age 2 months, passed away Thursday, (October 15, 2015) in Leitchfield, KY.
She was born on August 4, 2015 in Leitchfield, KY, the daughter of Kayla Raney Meredith and Scott Mudd.
Other than her parents, she is survived by five brothers and sisters, Christopher Hayes, Jordyn and Zara Meredith, and Hannah and Addie Mudd, her maternal grandparents, Matt and April Stewart of Leitchfield, her paternal grandparents, Hubert and Stephanie Mudd of Leitchfield, her maternal great grandparents, Julie Dennison and Charles Robert Dennison of Leitchfield, her paternal great grandmother, Rita Mudd and her paternal great-great grandmother, Iris Moore both of Georgetown IN.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, (October 19, 2015) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Wilson Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday and from 9:00 a.m. Monday until time of services.
