Obituary
Myrtle D Fields, age 91, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (January 17, 2014) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
She was born on August 13, 1922 in Yeaman, KY, the daughter of the late Lester and Rollie Carter Decker.
She is survived by her son, Daniel Fields of Leitchfield, a step-daughter, Shirley Bartley of Louisville, KY, three grandchildren, Jason Fields of Michigan, Bryan Trent of Indiana and Donna Douglas of Indiana.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. Monday, (January 20, 2014) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 noon Monday until time of services.
