Obituary
Nancy Elizabeth Decker, age 60, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (March 31, 2017) at Genesis Health Care in Brownsville.
She was born on October 24, 1956 in Lafollette, TN, the daughter of the late Minnie Bell Longmire and Howard Lowe.
She was a waitress for 30 years. She retired from Rough River State Lodge, where she worked for 20 years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. At the age of 50, she studied hard and received her GED. She was of the Baptist faith, and attended Clarkson Community Church.
She is survived by her sons, Douglas Blaylock and David Blaylock (Twyla), and Daniel Crabtree; five grandchildren, Lillie, Haylea, Daniel, and Leland Crabtree, and Madison Blaylock. She is also survived by a special man, William Stoy White, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be at 6:00 p.m. Monday, (April 3, 2017) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Curtis Decker will be officiating. Cremation will follow the service with burial at a later date in Tennessee.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until service time on Monday.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Dermitt Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
