Nancy Ann Oller French, age 79, of Elkton KY, passed away Sunday, (December 15, 2024) at Hearthstone Place in Elkton.

She was born on October 27, 1945 in Louisville, KY, the daughter of the late Joe and Frances Louise Camp Oller.

She worked as an x-ray technician for 52 years at Caverna Hospital. She loved to needle point, and work crossword puzzles. She enjoyed watching women's soccer and was an avid college basketball fan. Nancy had an affinity for toy poodles and always seemed to have one as a pet. She married her late husband, Robert W. French on July 1, 2000 in Camden, Tennessee.

She is survived by her sister, Barbara Jean Oller Dade, three nephews, Jim Paulin, Jr. (Kathy) of Texas, Joe Paulin (Meghan) of Kentucky, and Billy Oller, Jr. of Kentucky; niece, Cynthia Woosley (Joe) of Virginia; aunt, Shirley Oller; step-daughter, Sherry Wilson, and step-son, Steven French; and also several grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert French; brother, Billy Joe Oller, Sr.; brother-in-law, Charles Dade; niece, Christina Chenoweth; aunt, Betty Oller Robertson; and uncle Ed Oller.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, (December 21, 2024) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Timothy Cook will be officiating. Burial will be in the Hack-Oller Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
