Obituary
Nellie C. Bratcher, age 80, of Clarkson, KY, passed away Wednesday, (July 27, 2016) at the Norton's Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on August 28, 1935, in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Robert and Dora McGrew Lindsey.
She was an assembly line worker at Stratton Tackle Box and Sporting Manufacturing Company, who enjoyed quilting, cooking, family get-togethers, bingo, gardening, and fishing.
Nellie was loved and will be missed by all. May God bless you, Nellie.
She is survived by one son, Douglas Parks (Barbara); three daughters, Elaine Basham, Linda Heflin (Phillip), and Sharon Tarrence (Danny); fourteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Leon Bratcher, her son Ricky D. Parks, and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2:00p.m. Sunday (July 31, 2016) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Zion Harmony Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
