Norma Jean Kiper, age 65, of Louisville, KY, passed away Wednesday, (August 5, 2020) in Louisville, KY.

She was born on July 3, 1955 in KY, the daughter of the late William Joseph Johnston and Margie Lee Cilone Price.

She was a housekeeper.

She is survived by her daughter Pamela Jean Burden of Northern Ohio (originally of Louisville, KY) and her half-sister, Karen Barnes of Indiana.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Charles Price and a brother, William Joseph Johnston, Jr.

In keeping with her wishes, immediate burial was chosen.
