Obituary
Noval Ray Seaton, age 85, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Saturday, (November 1, 2008) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
He was born on January 26, 1923, in Big Reedy KY, the son of the late Mark and Mamie Miller Seaton. He was a retired dairy farmer and was a member of the Shrewsbury Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Nelda Woosley Seaton, two sons, Kendall Seaton (Kathy) of Lexington, KY and Phillip Seaton of Caneyville, KY, one daughter, Jane Brown (Tommy Jr) of Caneyville, four brothers, Duel and Estil Seaton both of Caneyville, John Mark of Shepherdsville, KY and Leon Seaton of Horse Cave, KY, two sisters, Mae Nash and Carolyn Seaton both of Leitchfield, six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ravil and Delson Seaton and one sister, Adine Kerr.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday (November 4, 2008) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Jim Long, Mark Claypool and Craig Embry will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Carmen, Jason Grow, Jesse, Jimmy, Kim, Gary and Harold Seaton. Burial will be in the Leitchfield Memory Gardens.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday and from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services.
