Kittie Opal Beauchamp, age 92, of Falls of Rough, KY, passed away Tuesday, (July 6, 2010) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.

She was born on October 16, 1917 in Will County, IL, the daughter of the late William Scott and Bertha Miles Bradshaw. She was a retired sewing machine operator and was a member of the Lone Star Church of Christ.

She is survived by one son Richard Beauchamp of Hardin County; one daughter Dorothy Buster of Falls of Rough; one sister Dallas Tubb of Caneyville; one sister-in-law June Bradshaw of Leitchfield; one brother-in-law Charlie Blain of Falls of Rough; six grandchildren, Donna Birch, Darla Johnson, Robbin Anderson, Kittie Compton, John Beauchamp, and Jerry Beauchamp; fifteen great-grandchildren, and twelve great-great-grand children. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Preston Beauchamp, ten brothers and sisters, and one grand daughter.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday (July 8, 2010) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Ray Pack will be officiating. Burial will be in the Bend Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 4:00p.m to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and from 9:00 a.m. Thursday until time of services.
