Obituary
Paige Madison Abney, age 18, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Saturday, (October 14, 2017) at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on April 22, 1999 in Owensboro, KY, the daughter of Brett and Dana Abney. Paige loved watching Mickey Mouse Club House and never left the house without wearing a pair of her signature Chuck Taylor tennis shoes.
Other than her parents, she is survived by her sister, Payton Abney of Leitchfield; her paternal grandparents, Larry and Devona Abney of Beaver Dam, KY; and her maternal grandparents, Steve and Dorothy Storm of Hartford, KY.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, (October 17, 2017) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield with a private burial to follow.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. Tuesday until time of services.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Norton Children's Hospital (231 E Chestnut St, Louisville, KY 40202) or the Kourageous Kids Program (Hosparus Health, 3532 Ephraim McDowell Drive, Louisville, KY 40205).
