Pamela Rhea Jakab, age 64, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (March 10, 2021) at her home in Leitchfield, KY.

She was born on October 22, 1956, in Elizabethtown, KY, the daughter of the late Berlin and Thelma Fields Leasor.

She was retired from Bel Cheese USA, Inc. after 30 years of service. She enjoyed traveling, going to the beach, collecting sea shells and also working in her flowers. She attended God's Mission Full Gospel Church in Leitchfield.

She is survived by her husband, David Jakab of Leitchfield; a step-son, Austin Jakab of Radcliff, KY; her brother, Buddy Leasor (Nancy) of Martinsburg, West Virginia and her sister, Joyce Vincent of Leitchfield.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Neoma Hutching, who had presided in Staunton, VA and Shirley Cunningham, who had presided in Dyersburg, TN.

A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 am (Eastern) at the Elizabethtown Memorial Garden Cemetery with burial to follow.
