Pamela Sue Summitt, age 46, of Louisville, KY, passed away Thursday, (January 28, 2010) at her home.
She was born on October 27, 1963, in Jeffersonville, IN, the daughter of Lloyd Hooker and Betty Early Moore. She was a nurse's aide.
She is survived by her son, Jeremy Potts of LaGrange, KY her daughter, Jerri Potts of Caneyville, KY, two brothers, Ronnie Hooker of New Albany, IN and David Smith, Bellaire, MI, three sisters, Linda Duke and Connie Grundy both of Louisville and Diane Payne of Flemington, MO, and two grandchildren, Taylor and Cierra Clark.
The family will receive friends at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday with cremation to follow.
