Patricia A. Blair, age 68 , of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday, (March 15, 2022) at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.

She was born on July 17, 1953 in Leitchfield, KY, the daughter of the late Roy and Lorene Johnson Oller.

She retired after 15 years working at Early Head Start in Grayson County.    Pat really enjoyed going camping and occasionally knitting. She graduated from Leitchfield High School and went on to get an associate's degree from ETCC. Pat was a devoted Christian and loved the Lord. She was a kind hearted person, with a sweet soul and a big smile. Pat was a member of Potter's Hope Ministries. She married the love of her life, Mike Blair, on June 19, 1971.

She is survived by her husband, Mike Blair; daughter, Mariah Meredith and her husband, Terry; grandson, Christian Tyler Meredith; sister, Phyllis Clemons and her husband, Jackie; and several nieces and nephews.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Rita Faye Miller.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, (March 19, 2022) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Jake Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Walnut Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
