Patricia Kay "Patty" Parrigan, age 72, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (November 13, 2023) at Grayson Nursing and Rehab in Leitchfield.

She was born on January 14, 1951 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late James "Jay" and Mary Hester Harrison.

In her youth, Patty was a Redhawk cheerleader, who loved the Beatles. She worked in the lab of Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center and was a former Board member at Grayson Manor Nursing Home and, in her later years, was a greeter at Wal-Mart. She enjoyed make up and fashion, collecting and traveling, and loved her beloved grand dogs. She was a member of the Anneta United Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Thomas Parrigan of Anneta; a daughter, Tyra Parrigan, also of Anneta; a sister, Peggy Wirth (Paul) of Hodgenville; a nephew, P.J. Wirth (Christina) and three nieces, Jordan Davis (Kevin), Josey Crew (Roger) and Shannon Keen (T.J.).

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Parrigan.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, (November 19, 2023) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Kenny Decker will be officiating. Burial will be in the Anneta United Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
