Patricia (Pat) Ann Allen Likins, 75, of Falls of Rough, KY, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by family, on September 18, 2025. She was born on November 30, 1949 in Louisville, KY, the daughter of Jesse Wallace Allen and Anna Louise Pittman Allen.

After graduating from DuPont Manual High School, she worked at Fairfax for a few years. On October 23, 1971 she married her husband Ronald Lewis Likins and moved to the family farm on Rough River Lake in Grayson County.

She and Ron owned and operated D&K Meter in Leitchfield, KY for 35 years until they retired.  After retirement, Pat went to work at Walmart part-time, where she was employed for 14 years.

Both she and her husband were avid animal lovers and over the years made a home for 50+ dogs and cats, as well as many horses, donkeys and mules.

She is survived by her loving daughter Veronica Ann Likins, a granddaughter Caitlyn Nicole Lindsey (Briar), and a great-grandson Miller Houston Lindsey. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Sharon Likins, a special aunt, Joyce O'Neil, a special neice Amanda Croft and her two old beagles Skeeter and Snookie.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 53 years, Ronald Lewis Likins, who passed away on August 31, 2025, a sister Carolyn Diane Mitchell, and a nephew Kevin Ross Likins.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, (September 24, 2025) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Mike Cannon will be officiating. Burial will be in the Concord Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
