Paul Douglas Stallings, age 79, of Leitchfield, passed away Friday (September 7, 2007) at the Breckinridge Memorial Hospital in Hardinsburg, KY. He was born on January 1, 1928, in Reed, KY, the son of Charles and Lillie Hagan Stallings. He was a retired Union Steward, and was a member of the Leitchfield First Baptist Church and the Leitchfield Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Judith A. Stallings, his sons, Ronald (Renni) and Larry (Debra) Stallings both of Indiana, his step-daughters, Martha Hamilton and Cinda Coddington both of Louisville, KY, and his stepson, Fred Martion of Texas. Also surviving is his sister, Lois Wolfe of Owensboro, KY, twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday (September 11, 2007) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Tim Minser will be officiating. Burial will be in the Resthaven Cemetery in Louisville.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday and from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services. There will be a Masonic service Monday night at 6:00 p.m.
